TITLE: Administrative Assistant

LOCATION: Culver City, CA (hybrid)

ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 Month Contract

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team to support the marketing team.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Organizing schedules for leadership and critical team and cross-functional meetings
  • Coordinate creation and delivery of key documentation for meeting agendas, recap notes, and ad hoc follow ups
  • Maintain efficient workflows by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, with things like scheduling and communication
  • Field and complete administrative-related requests from senior leadership and team members, complete requests or liaise with other resources as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members in similar functions as needed for larger projects or to promote uniformity in administrative process for the organization holistically
  • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
  • Perform other duties and projects as needed

Requirements:

4+ years of experience with administrative related duties including, schedule management, organizing meeting agendas and recapping notes, and general liaise responsibilities in working with multiple individuals and teams

  • Prior experience working with marketing teams and a basic understanding digital marketing landscape is a plus
  • Comfortable with building partnerships and working with cross functional teams across multiple business functions
  • Experience with macOS and its native applications like Mail, Calendar, and productivity apps (Keynote, Numbers, and Pages)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with a strong level of confidentiality
  • Highly detail oriented and exceptional organization skills
  • Great time management skills and proficient in identifying priorities

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $18.00 to $22.27/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
