Job Title: Support Specialist Senior

Location: Taylor, TX (On-site at least 2 days/week)

Duration: 12 months (Contract)

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Support Specialist Senior to provide administrative and project coordination support for the Large Load Integration team , supporting the integration of large, flexible electrical loads into the power system. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain compliance documentation, and manage scheduling, reporting, and project tracking.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in tools for process mapping, such as Visio, etc. required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms (e.g. Jira) required
• Ability to interpret and implement regulations, policies and compliance requirements required
• Strong analytical and presentation skills required
• Strong grasp of project lifecycle, risk management, scheduling, and resource planning preferred
• Experience with stakeholder management preferred
• Experience working with regulatory bodies or compliance-driven environments preferred

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree: Business, technology, or related field (Preferred) or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required.

CERTIFICATION

• CAP Certified Administrative Professional (Preferred)
