Preference is for an all-around individual with production skills, experience, and willingness to jump in where needed. The right person will spend much of his time in the outdoors working with the farming operation, agronomy, equipment operation, irrigation, in addition to overseeing spray application. These are all the experience and skills the employer is looking for and willing to work with a candidate, but the person must be diverse and willing to jump in where needed. Wages are paid out hourly and will be based on experience, skill set, stability, and references. Location is great for schools and raising a family and even a spouse to find work if so desired...
