Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Orange County is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part Time Caregiver/CNA. This individual will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living and personal care for our senior clients in Tustin, California. The Caregiver/CNA will be responsible for ensuring the overall well-being and comfort of our clients. Compensation & Benefits: The Caregiver/CNA will be compensated at a rate of $18 to $20 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as well as medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and provide companionship to clients
• Maintain accurate documentation of client care and report any changes in client's condition to the Registered Nurse
• Follow the care plan created by the Registered Nurse and communicate any concerns or questions
• Provide transportation for clients to medical appointments, errands, and community activities
• Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients, promoting their independence and wellbeing

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a caregiver or in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
