About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People and Culture Officer to lead the development and management of strong people and culture systems within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality employee experience and engagement, with a focus on values of empowerment, experience, culture, diversity, and inclusion. This role involves working closely with the Executive Director to drive the vision and strategy of a newly created People and Culture Department, designing and implementing systems to connect employees with the organization's culture, and leading a team to support the organization's success and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a background in transforming workplace culture, possess strong emotional intelligence, and be adept at management and problem-solving. Applicants for the Chief People and Culture Officer position at the company should have at least 15 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, with a significant portion of that time spent in a people and culture leadership role. Experience in managing organizational change, particularly in a remote environment, and a proven track record in DEI initiatives within a diverse setting are essential. The role requires a candidate who is energized by the prospect of ensuring high-quality employee experience and engagement, and who can create and implement strategies that align with the organization's values and promote a culture of empowerment. Strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, and a commitment to the mission and values of the organization are also key attributes.
