Job Title: Construction Manager (TS Cleared)

Job Salary: $110,000 - $125,000
Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance
- 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years of construction experience)
As a Construction Manager, you will be managing construction projects from planning to completion, utilizing Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCadd, Revit, and Prolog. You will have responsibility for the development and execution of plans, as well as the coordination of resources and personnel. The Construction Manager is responsible for reviewing schedules, monitoring on-site processes and procedures, and provides project management and technical support. This is a a long-term project in which you will be managing the interior renovations of a government building. There is both a day shift and night shift available.
Requirements:
- Active Secret clearance
- 4+ years of experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years of construction experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCadd, Revit, and Prolog
- Experience reviewing design documents
- Experience with reviewing cost and schedule estimates
