Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Tempe, AZ

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - Tempe, AZ 85282

Schedule: 4 x 10 hr shift,

Sun-Wed 5am-3:30pm (Sun option to work from home)

Sun-Wed 6:30 am – 6pm (Sun option to work from home)

Wed – Sat 5am-3:30pm (Sat option to work from home)

Wed – Sat 6:30 am – 6pm (Sat option to work from home)

Training Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8am to 4:30pm MST.

Pay rate: $18.30/hr

Responsibilities:

• Acted as the primary HR point of contact for newly offered candidates through inbound communication channels
• Delivered a top-tier candidate experience by guiding individuals through the pre-employment process
• Resolved complex issues preventing candidates from starting on their scheduled first day
• Conducted in-depth research and maintained accurate documentation of candidate concerns and resolutions
• Ensured timely follow-up and communication to support a smooth and efficient onboarding process

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience with customer service in a call center environment
• Computer proficient
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent Customer Service skills
