Job Description
- The role is a 6-month contract-to-hire position with onsite work required 2 days per week.
- Parking is not provided for contractors.
- The full-time offer after the contract period is not guaranteed and depends on the candidate's performance and qualification.
- The ideal candidate should have significant experience in data reconciliation, validation checks, and developing and implementing data quality standards and processes.
- The Data Governance Analyst's responsibilities include creating and implementing data policies, analyzing data for insights, monitoring data quality, and collaborating with other IT teams for data integration.
- The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a repository of Data Governance policies, providing support during onboarding new applications, assisting in data reconciliation across various systems, and documenting data lineage/data flows.
- The candidate will also come up with initial proofs of concept for data merging from multiple systems and assist in capturing business glossary/data dictionary and metadata lineage information.
- The candidate will work with IT teams to enforce Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) processes and procedures.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the above-mentioned responsibilities is required.
- The candidate should be able to speak to their experience in an interview if requested.
