Role Overview:
As a Remote Sales/Admissions Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in our sales and admissions team, reaching out to prospective students and guiding them through the enrollment process. With a focus on ethical practices and compliance with accreditation standards, you'll engage with potential students via phone, email, and text messages, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions about their future.
Responsibilities Include:
Initiating outbound calls to potential students while also handling inbound inquiries
Maintaining a high level of availability to respond to prospective student inquiries
Building rapport and delivering value through consultative conversations
Clearly explaining program details, expected outcomes, and financial considerations
Following up on leads and inquiries to drive enrollment
Collaborating with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets
Performing administrative tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3+ years of successful inside sales experience
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to prioritize and meet sales goals
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
