This electrical role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading, nationwide electrical company!\n\nAs an SPS Electrician, you can expect\n• Competitive weekly pay\n• Administrative support from your SPS team\n• Future opportunities in your specialty\n\nDaily duties will include:\n• Hanging light fixtures/ballasts\n • Operating/spotting scissor and boom lifts on site\n• Assisting in troubleshooting electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, and motors\n• Helping to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems such as electrical panels and lighting\n• Inspecting electrical units for loose connections or other defects\n• Tracing short circuits using testing meters\n• Running/bending conduit & branch wiring\n• Other duties as required\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n• A Journeyman Electrician or Electrician Apprentice\n• Commercial or industrial electrician experience is required\n• Knowledge of all color codes\n• The ability to construct controllers and panels using power drills, drill presses, taps, saws, and punches\n• Possession of all basic PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, boots, work gloves) and hand tools\n• Reliable transportation that will get you to and from the site
