The successful candidate will be the chief executive officer, responsible for strategic leadership, operational oversight, and the successful execution of the Center's programs and services. This role demands a visionary and hands-on leader who can advocate for the arts, foster community relationships, and ensure the financial and organizational sustainability of the Center. Key responsibilities include program management, strategic planning, board relations, community engagement, public relations, event and facility scheduling, grant writing, and development, as well as operations and administration. The Executive Director will also be the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and the organization, and will be expected to stay informed of trends in performing arts, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement.
