We're looking for an entry level developer with working knowledge of CSS, Javascript, Docker and Selenium who will join our team of exceptional developers working in a fast-paced environment to deliver world-class software. When we say world-class we mean it - we're living on the tip of the spear of AI workforce automation for Banking. We expect you to share our passion for programming and for writing clean and efficient code. Furthermore, you should be able to perform well working remotely in a team, along with Developers, DevOps and Operations.
We’re Shastic, A Fintech platform democratizing access to an AI workforce for Community Based Financial Institutions (think your local bank or credit union). We’re growing FAST and you’re going to be a part of the team that will add a few zeros to that growth rate.
What You’ll Be Doing (Job Tasks)
• Develop robust scalable and secure features
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable and efficient code
• Participate at all stages of the development lifecycle
• Implement best practices of test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, code reviews, refactoring and code standards, and so on
• Stay informed about relevant new technologies and drive their continuous adoption and integration into design
• Provide support to internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and maintaining 5 9's uptime performance
• Effectively document how things work
Requirements
Nice to Have’s
• Formal education in application development, TDD, RPA/IPA, AI, DevOps etc.
• Experienced with Hubspot, ClickUp and Jira (at least familiar)
