Position Overview:

We are looking for skilled Operators for our Heavy Civil division. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy construction equipment on large-scale civil projects. This position requires extensive travel to project sites across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy civil construction equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders.
• Perform tasks related to excavation, grading, trenching, and other heavy civil operations.
• Ensure the work meets the required specifications and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grade stakes.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Travel extensively to various project sites as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Civil Operator in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in operating various heavy civil construction equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively for projects.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
