Job Title: Home Health Aide

Location: Willow Towers/Willow Gardens

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Per-Diem

About Us: United Hebrew is committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents. We are looking for dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team and support our residents in their daily activities and health needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to nursing staff.

• Help residents with mobility and physical exercises.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.

• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Follow care plans and document services provided.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.

• Previous experience in a nursing home or home health setting is a plus.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks.
