Human Resources Summer Intern

Must be local to Fleetwood and surrounding areas. Internship starting first week of June.

Hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.

• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline our recruitment processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee morale.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities and support our commitment to employee development.
