One of South Florida’s largest and most well-respected development companies is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and driven Irrigation Account Manager to join the team.
The Irrigation Account Manager will oversee various commercial and residential properties, providing direction to multiple technicians daily and dispatched to various work sites.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Irrigation Manager to oversee our landscaping maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will supervise a team engaged in irrigation maintenance work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate irrigation projects from start to finish
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality work
- Oversee the maintenance of gardens, lawns, trees, and other outdoor areas
- Inspect and evaluate the condition of landscapes to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscaping, including irrigation, tree care, and groundskeeping
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in managing landscaping projects is a plus
- Experience with irrigation controllers, valves, pumps, etc., a must.
