Live Selling Representative

NOW HIRING: Live TikTok Selling Reps/Brand Ambassadors for Babe Nail Co.

• Location: Willow Park/Aledo, TX

• Position: TikTok Live Stream Seller (Mystery Nail Drop Queen)

• Spots open: Several

• Shifts: Day & Night & Weekends available | 4-8 hours each shift (Flexible schedule and you sign up for your shifts)

• Vibe: Private studio/warehouse, high energy, beauty & fashion obsessed

Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Live Selling Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers through fast-paced live selling platforms, showcasing products and driving sales while providing an exceptional customer experience. You will leverage your communication skills and retail knowledge to create an engaging shopping environment that encourages customer interaction and satisfaction . Duties

• Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.

• Manage a fast-paced comment section and engage with commenters in an effective way.

• Engage with customers in real-time, answering questions and addressing concerns to enhance their shopping experience.

• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions efficiently.

• Ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a visually appealing display.

• Apply retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in stock management.

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.

• Collaborate with team members to strategize on product promotions and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or online live selling environment is preferred.

• Basic TikTok knowledge is a must and advanced knowledge of going live will land you an interview!

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively during live sessions.

• High Energy to keep viewers engaged and gain new viewers.

• TikTok savvy and knowing how to build an audience.

• Familiarity with POS/online shopping site and back-office systems is essential.

• Ability to perform product demos confidently and enthusiastically.

• Knowledge of retail math concepts for effective inventory management.

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
