Notice of Position Available:

* (1) Facilities Maintenance Worker (civil service/non-competitive - hired as either Building Maintenance Mechanic OR Working Supervisor, depending on qualifications).
o Building Maintenance Mechanic - Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED and two (2) years of experience in building mechanical maintenance, grounds maintenance or building cleaning maintenance, using mechanical floor cleaners.
OR
o Working Supervisor - Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED and two (2) years of experience in general building maintenance* or building trades work*
* *qualifying experience includes work experience as a carpenter, electrician, mason, plumber and/or heating, ventilating and air conditioning installers.
