About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Tomato Grower to join our team in San Juan, Dominican Republic. As a Greenhouse Tomato Grower, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and development of our tomato crops, ensuring that they are healthy and productive. You will work closely with our team of agricultural experts to develop and implement strategies for maximizing crop yields and minimizing waste. Your ultimate goal will be to produce high-quality tomatoes that meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the success of our business. We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of growing tomatoes (specifically grape tomatoes) in plastic greenhouses.

As a Greenhouse Tomato Grower, you will use your knowledge of plant biology to monitor and maintain the health and growth of tomato crops. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential to your success in this role. Finally, your attention to detail and record-keeping skills will ensure that all crops meet quality standards and customer requirements.
