Occupational Therapist Assistant– Home Health

Location: Denver Branch
Coverage area: Aurora, Arvada, Denver, Englewood, Lakewood, Golden
Schedule: Full Time, Mon - Fri

Responsibilities:
Perform ongoing evaluation of patient’s functional status
Teach and/or retrain patient’s skills in daily activities
Provide instruction to patient’s family/caregiver on treatment regimen
Follow treatment program and goals for improved patient function as advised by the Registered Occupational Therapist
Maintain appropriate clinical records and submit documentation
Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant education program accredited by ACOTE
NBCOT certified with current licensure to practice in state of operation
1+ year COTA experience
Home health experience preferred
Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
