STS Technical Services is hiring a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring employees are paid on time, and maintaining compliance with payroll regulations. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and process weekly and biweekly payroll. Manage requests for PTO, wage adjustments, and other payroll-related inquiries. Set up new employees in timekeeping and payroll systems. Monitor and reconcile employee benefits within payroll. Prepare spreadsheets and financial reports related to payroll functions. Train and support the Payroll Assistant in daily payroll operations. Requirements for Success Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure timely payroll processing. Proficient in MS Excel; experience with WorkEasy is a plus. Experience working with an ERP system. Additional Information Authorization: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
