What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making
- Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with HR technology systems and platforms

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in people and/or talent analytics
- Expertise in data visualization platforms such as One Model, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present complex data insights clearly
- Ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in HR strategy or decision-making processes
- Familiarity with additional data analysis tools or programming languages
