Physician Recruiter - Direct Hire

Team1Medical is seeking a Physician Recruiter in Northwest Houston. The Physician Recruiter will advertise and market job opportunities, contact physicians and agencies, and complete assigned physician searches. Physician Recruiter ’s Responsibilities

• Devise and implement an overall marketing strategy focused on a consistent and controlled recruitment cycle for the physicians and mid-levels specific to practice needs.
• Conduct initial screening of potential candidates via telephone interviews according to specific staffing needs.
• Determine the candidate’s availability and arrange Zoom interviews between the practice and the candidate.
• Collaborate with the practice to develop and coordinate an itinerary for interviews with the physicians.

Physician Recruiter ’s Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
• Three (3) plus years of physician recruitment experience, including conducting Full Life Cycle recruitment, is required.
• One (1) year of experience using applicant tracking database systems experience is required.
• A valid Texas driver's license is required.
• Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
