Job Title: Pipe Welders
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: $32-$36 per hour DOE + $100 per day per diem ($160 when traveling outside of Indianapolis)

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Combo Pipe Welders to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of verifiable TIG and Stick welding experience and must be able to perform precise welds on steel pipes. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and working both independently and within a team to complete projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG and Stick welding on steel pipes.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper welds and installations.
• Work independently or within a team environment to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure the smooth completion of tasks.
• Perform mechanical and industrial welding tasks as required.
• Work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable TIG and Stick welding experience.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints.
• Mechanical and industrial experience is required.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $32-$36 per hour, depending on experience.
• Per Diem: $100 per day for local work. $160 per day when traveling outside of the Indianapolis area (paid out for 7 days a week).
