" Good background of building and developing data pipelines using ETL Tools like ADF /PLSQL Procedures/Spark etc

" Good Experience in PowerBI Landscape (Power BI, Power Query)

" Willingness to learn systems and analyse issues against the database systems

" Good knowledge in SQL and Familiarity to database systems and generic administration knowledge

" Exposure to batch and infrastructure monitoring

" Expertise in release and deployment management using DevOps/other tools

" Experience working in L2 Support team and expertise in efficiently Triaging, Detect, record and classify incidents using Service now

" Experience in managing planned activities on based on business calendar and communicating the status to stake holders

" Experience in process automation and orchestration.

" Expertise in supporting upgrade activities and handling smoke tests

" Experience in monitoring job pipelines and analysing job issues

7+ years

" Work for Data Team which delivers reporting solutions and Data solutions

" Responsible for bellow set of activities

o Incident Management

o Batch & Infrastructure monitoring

o Planned activity Management

o Service Request Management

o Release Management & Deployment Management

o Configuration management

o Process Automation & orchestration

o Upgrade Support

o Own and maintain L2 and release documentations (Run books/Weekly status updates etc)
