Are you passionate about shaping the future of technology solutions? We are seeking a skilled System Analyst / System Administrator to join our team on a remote basis. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in providing technical guidance for the development and troubleshooting of computer systems. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs, ensuring the delivery of secure and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consultations and solution recommendations for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software, particularly ProjectWise tool
Document current and future state processes, leveraging various information gathering techniques
Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in current systems and develop effective business processes
Conduct impact analyses, create requirements traceability matrix, and support the creation of functional specifications
Assist in the implementation process, including development, testing, and integration into production environments
Plan and support data cleanup activities, test activities, and user acceptance testing
Develop and deliver training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences
Troubleshoot issues, determine causes, and provide options for resolution
Foster strong working relationships with IT, Business, and Sourcing partners
Required Skills:

Advanced proficiency in ECM software, specifically Bentley's ProjectWise
Strong business analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Intermediate level skills in SharePoint and MS Office
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 80.00 Per Hour
