Job Description & Requirements Work Experience:
\nPrior experience working in a clinical blood bank or transfusion service, preferably within a hospital environment \n\n \n\n Education:
\nBachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related biological/chemical science\n\n \n\n License:
\nNew York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license (NYS – CLS/MT) issued by NYSED\n\n \n\n Certifications:
\nASCP (or equivalent) certification preferred—or SBB specialty certification for Blood Banking preferred
