The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the parking operations at our facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing information about parking options and services.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling of each vehicle.
• Maintain organization in the parking area to maximize space utilization and ensure safety.
• Process payments using a cash register, handling cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle status and any special requests.
• Assist with valet parking services as needed, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their overall experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong driving skills with a clean driving record; experience in valet parking is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Proficient in cash handling and experience with cash registers; familiarity with retail math is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
