VP Product, Admin & Trust - Slack

As VP of Product for Admin & Trust, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for all administrative tooling, compliance frameworks, permissions, governance, as well as safety and security features for our enterprise and downmarket customers. Youll partner closely with Engineering, Security, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver seamless, powerful, and user-friendly solutions that meet the needs of IT and Security teamswithout compromising the user experience that makes our product great.

What Youll Do:

  • Define and lead the product strategy for Admin, Privacy, Integrity, & Compliance features across Slack
  • Drive development of features such as RBAC, audit logs, SSO/SAML/SCIM integrations, compliance tooling (e.g., DLP, eDiscovery, GDPR, SOC2), and organizational settings
  • Lead a strategy to build truly differentiated analytics and administration tools so that customers can have confidence in the quality and value of their Slack deployment.
  • Own customer and stakeholder engagement for enterprise security needstranslating complex IT requirements into elegant, usable product experiences
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship scalable, performant, and delightful features
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support GTM efforts and ensure feature adoption and retention
  • Anticipate and respond to changing administrative and compliance needs in an AI-first environment
  • Define and monitor success metrics and product KPIs tied to enterprise adoption, security posture, and administrative efficiency
  • Lead and grow a team of product managers focused on this domain

What Were Looking For:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role
  • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaSespecially in admin tooling, identity management, or security products
  • Proven ability to build enterprise-ready features without sacrificing usability
  • Strong technical aptitude; comfortable engaging with engineering on architecture, APIs, and platform implications
  • Experience working with InfoSec, Legal, and IT stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills; able to represent the voice of the customer internally and externally
  • Passion for creating elegant, consumer-grade experiences even in complex domains
  • Experience building and leading high-performing PM teams

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with FedRAMP, HIPAA, or other regulatory frameworks
  • Background in collaboration tools, productivity software, or communications platforms
  • A blend of B2C and B2B product experience
