Leasing Agent – Anchorage, AK

Schedule: Full Time
Pay: $21.55 per hour

TDL Staffing is seeking a highly organized and personable Leasing Agent to support residential housing operations in Anchorage. In this important front-line role, you’ll assist with tenant leasing, customer service, and administrative support — all while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for incoming and current residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to prospective, current, and past tenants
• Maintain accurate referral waitlists and tenant files
• Prepare leasing materials and conduct public housing briefings
• Assist with move-in inspections and leasing paperwork
• Handle phone, email, and in-person communication with tenants and applicants
• Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, mailings, payments, etc.)
• Update tenant ledger data, process payments, and run reports
• Support front desk and reception duties as needed
• Help coordinate move-out processes and community center reservations
• Research and resolve tenant account issues and deliver notices
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe workspaces
• Participate in safety programs and assist other departments as needed
• Occasionally work outside normal hours depending on business needs

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Alaska driver’s license and insurable driving record
• At least 12 months of experience in customer service, office work, retail, or sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based programs
• Basic math, organization, and time management skills
• Experience in residential leasing or rental office highly desirable
• Background screening is part of the hiring process for this position
