• POSITION SUMMARY
  
  • Responsible for the recruitment and retention of the medical staff to include locum tenens staffing.

    • None
  • Educational Requirements
    
    • Bachelors Degree preferred - Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience Requirements
    
    • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required.
    • Solid negotiation capabilities preferred.
    • Previous experience using computerized system for information storage and retrieval required.
    • Experience with word processing and clinic software system helpful, but not required.
  • Special Skills or Training Requirements
    
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize time sensitive issues.
    • Exemplary relationship-building skills in professional environment.
