Title: Salesforce Admin Location: Austin, TX (Day One Onsite)/Local Candidates Only Job Type: Contractual Job Job Summary: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce instance. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, customize Salesforce, and provide ongoing support to users. Responsibilities: Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce features to meet the organization's requirements, including creating and managing custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, page layouts, and other configuration tasks. User Management: Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions sets, and security settings to ensure appropriate access and usability for different user groups. Data Management: Perform data uploads, data cleansing, and data maintenance tasks. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce by managing data quality processes and resolving data-related issues. System Maintenance: Handle ongoing customization, maintenance, and support of Salesforce, including troubleshooting issues, implementing updates, and managing integrations with third-party applications. Training and Support: Provide training, guidance, and support to users, addressing their queries, conducting training sessions, and creating documentation or guides as needed. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer support, and other departments, to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business processes and provide insights into key metrics.
