The Senior Physician Recruite r position supports recruiting for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers and may also recruit for other clinical and administrative positions as needed. Responsibilities: Conduct full cycle physician recruitment: resume review, conduct candidate interviews to qualify them within the position requirements, share information on our mission, organization, Total Rewards (Compensation & benefits) package, position details, and expectations. Develop and execute sourcing and closing strategies for physician / clinical positions. Develops a thorough understanding of each clinical specialty and translates that knowledge into a recruitment strategy. Maintain a focus on a positive and professional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout all phases of the recruiting process. Participate in both in-person and virtual recruiting events such as industry conferences and career fairs. Capture and maintain required documentation in applicable systems. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and processes and make recommendations for improvement. Provides back-up support to other recruitment team members as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED 10+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, including 5 years of physician recruitment for hospitals and/or health systems or an academic health care environment, working with senior leadership and/or physician leadership. Experience preparing physician offers for internal approval and candidate presentation. Demonstrated success with candidate sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders. The annual base salary range for this position is from $135,408 to $225,638, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
