Job Title: Account Executive (Remote)

Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in sectors such as education (Higher Education and K-12), local government (workforce development, chambers of commerce, councils, etc.), private industry, and non-profits.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and create compelling value propositions.
Collaborate with Marketing to execute targeted campaigns and provide strategic feedback.
Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation and close.
Develop long-term customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct market analysis to identify gaps in training infrastructure and propose solutions.
Collaborate post-contract to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within EdTech and/or government sectors.
Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and proficiency in Google Docs suite.
Experience with virtual reality or augmented reality is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to navigate complex negotiations with senior executives and government leaders.
Emotional intelligence and a customer-centric approach to sales.
Additional Information:

This is a full-time, remote position with up to 40% domestic travel required.
Base salary expected between $90,000 and $100,000 annually, with potential for variable compensation and benefits including stock options, 401(k), and medical/dental/vision insurance.
