Summary: Hart Energy, leader in energy content, is seeking a skilled Video Producer. The Video Producer is responsible for the creation and production of internal and external video projects/programs and graphics/animation segments. These programs can be "stand alone" presentations as well as segments utilized within a corporate or association show, conference, or special event. Role requires individual being proficient in using a variety of video equipment, editing equipment and software, and comfortable in working in a creative but dead-line driven environment.

Duties include but are not limited to the below. Please note that a complete job description will be provided to interviewed candidates upon request. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Create, produce and manage all aspects of video or animation production.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of video production from start to finish.
- handle and plan for disruptions to the project.
- Ensure the production quality of the final produce is to the highest industry standards.
- Work within a team structure on certain projects but be able to be the main (and only) product person on a specific project.
- Work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Manage freelancers that are assigned to work on a specific project.
- Work with internal Hart Energy clients as well as outside clients in a professional and creative manner.
- Work collaboratively and cooperatively with the members of other departments for events.
Qualifications: - Videographic skills utilizing SONY and Panasonic 4K cameras, as well as standard lenses, lighting and audit equipment.
- 5+ years experience with Adobe Create Suite with expertise in Premier Editorial and After Effects.
- 7+ years prior experience professional video / graphics / animation production experience.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives as required without supervisor.
- Role requires periodic travel to other sites for business purposes.
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Must have open availability to work nights and weekends.
Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in video, media, film production or a related field preferred.
Working Conditions: - Frequently required to stand, walk, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, including but not limited to keyboard usage, etc.
- Regularly required to lift up to 15 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally required to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Vision requirements include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Noise level in the environment is moderate.
- Role may require exposure to outside conditions such as extreme heat/cold, noise and sun exposure.
